In 2010, he also served as Acting Secretary of the Department of Energy before being re-elected as a Director of ICTSI. He also served as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, as well as the Treasurer of ICTSI, before being appointed as President and CEO of the Power Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation by the President of the Republic of the Philippines. (ICTSI), as well as a Trustee and the Vice President of ICTSI Foundation, Inc. Ibazeta is a Director of International Container Terminal Services, Inc. His experience spans across five continents, with recent projects located in Iraq, Democratic Republic of Congo, Colombia, Mexico, Honduras, Argentina, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Australia, and more. Lucci has been involved in a number of projects that were recognized as outstanding infrastructure projects by leading industry associations and national governments. He has also led the Global Engineering division and group-wide Capital Expenditures as an Officer of International Container Terminal Services, Inc.
He was also the Principal Vice President and Director of River Consulting’s Maritime Division, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kinder Morgan Energy Partners (NYSE: KMP), working in terminals in the continental USA and Latin America.
He has held leadership roles in the Americas for CH2M HILL and Halcrow Panama S.A (Halcrow). Lucci has spearheaded the development and operation of some of the most vital infrastructure projects in various industries in emerging markets across the globe.
